Over ten years ago BBF Promotions and Events launched the enormously popular Crescent Street Grand Prix of Canada Festival. In 2008, over 500,000 people visited the site to participate in an array of free activities offered to the public. The countless original concepts and ideas that lined the street during this 3-day racing festival were all executed in-house by BBF’s highly experienced team. Their staff implemented all of the various components of the event to ensure the utmost success. Over the years, BBF has collaborated with high profile companies in the making of this event, such as: Honda, Air Canada, Labatt, Molson and many more.
The Crescent Street Grand Prix of Canada Festival, similar to many of BBF’s other events, benefited from wide media exposure. Advertisements on major radio stations, event posters in the downtown area and an event website helped draw the attention and the crowds to this free event.
During numerous Crescent Street Grand Prix Festival’s, Honda employed BBF to implement the Honda Charity Auction. BBF was responsible to organize the acquisition of Formula One related memorabilia from festival sponsors and F1 teams to be sold at a live auction on Crescent benefiting a charity of Honda’s choice.
